Welcome to Kings Ski Club. We are the UK's largest snowsports club dedicated to running racing for skiers and snowboarders on the artifical ski slopes around the country. The club is run by volunteers and the particpants come largely from the universities and colleges... but some brave soles who are slightly more advanced in years also join us!
The club is indebted to the help and support of our new sponsors, Off the Piste, one of the country's leading snowsports tour operators specialising in holidays for students. Their financial support has helped to enable us to launch this new website which will certainly help us to keep in touch with our members.

We need people from all leagues to volunteer, so PLEASE if you've had fun racing, or you just fancy a spell at waving the flags, please speak to one of the officials at the next round and give them your details. Every year there are some clubs that decide that they can screw the system and try and get away without paying their fees for racing. This year is no exception, and we are publishing the list below in the hope that everyone understands that no-payment of dues leads to a load of hassle and work for the committee and puts in jepody the financial stability of the Club! Some of these are outstanding for the WHOLE season! Enough! Pay up now!

This year up north there has been a bit of a change as we have merged the North’s West & East Leagues together. This means we will now have one race in Sunderland and Rossendale with two races in 
The midlands league, home to the infamous Brumski, have spent the last few years at the Ackers dry slope near Birmingham after Swadlincote was resurfaced with snowflex making turning somewhat trickier. Since most of the skiers have now mastered the art of turning we have decided to make things a bit more challenging by returning to Swadlincote for the first race of the season!
Kings Western League have nick-named themselves the Great Western League having won 5 of the Last 8 National Titles. The region which covers 
The London and Southern League is the largest of the Kings leagues, with nearly 30 mixed teams and around 10 ladies and 10 snowboard teams every year, making the competition intense. With 5 different league winners in the last 5 years it is always an open competition, and the decider always seems to go down to the last race of the season.
